Peebles is in his 10th year as Headmaster at the Lovett School and has taught history and the humanities for 32 years. He has also written extensively and lectured on Abraham Lincoln. Peebles is currently a member of the Board of Trustees at Virginia Episcopal School, the Breakthrough Atlanta Board of Advisors, the Board of Trustees for the Center for Spiritual and Ethical Education, and the Board of Trustees for the W.E.
